Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact us, subscribe to updates, book a speaking engagement, or make a purchase, we collect details such as your name, email address, and any message you send.
• Worksheet content. If you use the in-app worksheet activities, your drawings, highlights and typed answers are saved on your own device. When you tap “Check my work”, the worksheet image(s) are sent to our AI checking service so it can give feedback. We do not use this content to build advertising profiles.
• Account & referral data. If you join the referral program, you sign in with Google or an email sign-in link, and we store your email, your referral code, the referrals you make, your earned balance, and — if you cash out — the payout details handled by our payment processor.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views and device type) to understand what’s working.

How we use information

• To respond to your messages and provide the services you ask for.
• To process and fulfil orders, and to send order confirmations.
• To send updates or curriculum reports only when you ask us to.
• To check submitted worksheets and return friendly feedback.
• To improve and secure the website.

Service providers we share with

We share only the information needed for these partners to do their job, and never sell your personal information:

• Hosting and analytics (our website host and its analytics).
• An AI model provider that powers worksheet checking and the chat assistant.
• Payment processors (for example PayPal or Stripe) to handle purchases and referral payouts securely.
• Authentication and database (Supabase) and Google Sign-In, so you can sign in and manage referrals.
• A shipping provider (Shippo) to buy shipping labels and generate your tracking number.
• An email delivery service to send confirmations and the messages you request.

Referral program

When you refer a friend, we record the referral so we can credit your account once their order is paid. We use this information only to run the program, calculate rewards, and prevent abuse (such as self-referrals). Rewards can be taken as store credit or paid out through Stripe. You can ask us to close your referral account and delete its data at any time by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

Our products are designed for children, and we ask that a parent or guardian set up and supervise use of the site. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is needed for the activity. Worksheet progress is stored locally on the device. Parents can request that we delete any information associated with their child by emailing us. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without a parent’s consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & your choices

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can clear locally-saved worksheet progress by clearing your browser storage.
